Option to filter out articles that are identical/some threshold percentage identical to existing ones. Sometimes new versions are sent as updates so I wouldn't want to apply this globally but there are some feeds I read that cry out for it, most notably:

It's really annoying to read Craigslist feeds where people keep reposting to keep their ad visible.
