I'd like to be able to receive notification for articles and/or titles that match one of a list of keywords/regexes rather than all new articles in a feed.

[edit] Examples

Matching "changelog" on the feed for an app to notice new versions but not every little thing. Matching something I'd like to buy on a Craiglist feed. Matching a technology I'd like to work with on a job feed. Etc.
